Well, I just gave my experience that I had here. All the staff members are very cooperative and kind. They treated us with dignity and respect and provided us with all the information and prescribed all the things which required.

No, I don’t think there is anything which could be better. There is always space of improvement, but I think currently everything is good.

The one part of the NHS that not only works, but surpasses all expectations, is thankfully the Sexual Health Services, please keep up your good work, thank you.

A little more flexibility around appointment times when traffic is so badly affected by road works in the vicinity would have been appreciated.

I just want to say Fadelah the results coordinator in Barking Community Hopsital was excellent. A wicked sense of humour, she really made my day which is weird considering she gave me some rubbish news. She made me feel very comfortable and has been the best person I’ve ever spoken to in regards to sexual health. There needs to be more people like her when someone is getting their results!!! Thank you for everything today I really appreciate it.

I have never been treated by such kind and compassionate staff. They really made the whole experience much more comfortable and helped me receive treatment so quickly. I highly recommend.

I did wait 30minutues from my appointment time but this wasn’t much of an issue for me as I managed to get an appointment the same day I called.
